Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Addendo.
Last updated 25 August 20261. Who provides Addendo
Addendo is operated by Bert Sanchis. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to support@addendo.org.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure. Each account is intended for one person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
3. The service
Addendo lets you save, organize, search, classify, share, and publish references and collections. Features may evolve as the service improves. We may carry out maintenance or make reasonable changes needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you add to Addendo. You give Addendo the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and share your content.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Addendo unlawfully; infringe the rights of others; distribute malicious material; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; circumvent plan limits; or use automation in a way that harms Addendo or other people. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
6. Paid subscriptions
Addendo Plus is billed annually at the price shown before checkout. Paddle is our merchant of record and processes payments, applicable taxes, invoices, and payment details. A subscription renews for another annual period unless it is canceled before the renewal date.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel through the billing-management link in Addendo. Cancellation stops future renewal; unless a refund is granted or applicable law requires otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Addendo available and protect your information, but no online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Addendo is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending use of Addendo
You may stop using Addendo and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close an account when necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, non-payment, or material breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Addendo or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply.
